Our services
{{companyShort}} is a licensed and bonded freight broker and 3PL provider. We arrange for the transportation of freight by third-party motor carriers and provide related warehousing and logistics services. {{companyShort}} is a broker, not a motor carrier, and does not itself transport freight. Transportation is performed by independent carriers under their own operating authority and insurance.
Quotes and agreements
Rates, quotes, and information provided through the Site are estimates for convenience and are not binding offers. A shipment is only confirmed when accepted in writing by {{companyShort}}, and services are governed by our separate customer and broker-carrier agreements, rate confirmations, and applicable law. In the event of any conflict, those agreements control over these Terms.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including in quote or carrier onboarding forms;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
- Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content; or
- Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site by automated means without our written consent.
Carrier submissions
Carriers who submit onboarding information represent that it is accurate and that they hold valid operating authority and insurance. {{companyShort}} verifies carrier information against public records and reserves the right to accept or decline any carrier at its discretion. Submitting the form does not create a contract or obligation to tender freight.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by or licensed to {{companyShort}} and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or marks without our prior written permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, {{companyShort}} will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the Site. Liability for the transportation of freight is governed by our separate transportation agreements and applicable law, not by these Terms.
Indemnification

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Virginia.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
